The second part was originally announced back in 2013, but well, that never really happened. Minecraft is more of a building game with some Action RPG elements. For those who have no idea what were talking about, the Terraria sequel has been in development in one form or another for a long time. And while sequels and spin-offs to Terraria have been announced and eventually canceled in the past, it looks like hope for Terraria 2 could once again be kicking into high gear. Terraria 2 is to be the second installment of the Terraria series. Terraria is more of a combat focused Action RPG with some building elements. First released all the way back in 2011 by developer Re-Logic, Terraria has continued to stay relevant over the past decade thanks to constant updates that have continued to add new content to the sandbox-action game. To be clear, Terraria 2 has absolutely not yet been announced, but the devs are absolutely teasing its existence. Terraria 2: Otherworld has been announced for PC & Mac, as the sequel to the phenomenally successful original Terraria an Indie sandbox action adventure game developed by Re-Logic and released in 2011 for PC.
